Правила для авторов

1. Общие Положения

• 1.1. Журнал «Человек и образование» включен в Перечень рецензируемых научных изданий, рекомендованных для публикации основных результатов диссертационных исследований на соискание ученых степеней доктора и кандидата наук. В издании публикуются материалы по следующим специальностям:
• 5.8.1. Общая педагогика, история педагогики и образования;
• 5.8.7. Методология и технология профессионального образования;
• 5.3.4. Педагогическая психология, психодиагностика цифровых образовательных сред.
• 1.2. Журнал публикует статьи по широкому спектру теоретических и прикладных проблем в сферах общего и профессионального образования, непрерывного образования, образовательной политики, управления образованием, качества образования и методики его оценки, правового обеспечения образования, истории образования, по проблемам воспитания, социализации и развития личности.
• 1.3. Допускаются публикации в соавторстве, при этом число соавторов не может превышать четырех.
• 1.4. Представляемый материал должен быть оригинальным, не опубликованным ранее в других печатных изданиях. Рекомендуем перед отправкой статьи в редакцию журнала воспользоваться сервисом http://antiplagiat.ru/. Статьи, содержащие заимствованный и не оформленный цитированием текст, публиковаться не будут (либо будут возвращены автору на доработку).
• 1.5. Не допускается дословное копирование собственных работ или их перефразирование; использование элементов произведения другого лица без указания авторства (таблицы, рисунки, формулы и др.) без ссылки на источник. Если отдельные элементы рукописи ранее были опубликованы, автор обязан сослаться на работу.

2. Схема взаимодействия авторов и редакции

• 2.1. Автор направляет в редакцию статью, оформленную в соответствии с техническими требованиями, и рецензию на электронный адрес man-educ@apkpro.ru или journal20015@rambler.ru
• 2.2. Редколлегия журнала производит отбор поступивших материалов и распределяет их по постоянным рубрикам.
• 2.3. В случае положительного решения автор оформляет документы (договоры и акт выполненных работ) ^[1] , подписывает и высылает в редакцию электронной почтой.
• 2.4. Автор или организация перечисляет по указанным платежным реквизитам определенную договором сумму. После перечисления средств автор высылает на указанный выше электронный адрес отсканированную квитанцию.
• 2.5. Статьи аспирантов очной формы обучения публикуются бесплатно на основании справки, выданной по месту их обучения.

3. Рецензирование

3.1. Все статьи, планируемые к публикации в журнале «Человек и образование», проходят следующие этапы рецензирования:

• Редакция журнала организует первичную экспертизу статьи по критериям: тематика, содержание и формат представленного текста. В случае несоответствия статьи принятым в журнале требованиям автору отправляется соответствующее уведомление.
• После прохождения этапа первичной экспертизы статья направляется на второй этап рассмотрения независимому внешнему эксперту. Процедура рецензирования является анонимной и для рецензента, и для автора – double-blind peer-review – «двухстороннее слепое рецензирование»;
• После получения отзывов экспертов редакция принимает решение об опубликовании поступивших материалов в готовящемся выпуске. По результатам обсуждения статья может быть направлена автору на доработку или отклонена.

4. Требования к материалам и рекомендации

Составлены на основе Системы стандартов по информации, библиотечному и издательскому делу ГОСТ Р 7.0.7-2021 (https://allgosts.ru/01/120/gost_r_7.0.7-2021).

Публикация состоит из следующих обязательных элементов ( Приложение 1):

1. Тип публикации: научная статья, научный обзор, концепция, материалы научных конференций, персоналии, рецензия на книгу. Тип публикации указывается в начале статьи отдельной строкой слева.
2. УДК (см. справочник УДК: http://teacode.com/online/udc/).
3. DOI статьи (присваивается редакцией журнала по ГОСТ Р ИСО 26324-2015 и располагается после индекса УДК отдельной строкой слева).
4. Заглавие статьи (на рус. и англ. яз.) – не более 12 слов .
5. Информация об авторе или авторах (на рус. и англ. яз.) :

• имя, отчество (при наличии) и фамилия автора (авторов). Имя и фамилию автора (авторов) приводят в транслитерированной форме на латинице полностью, отчество сокращают до одной буквы (в отдельных случаях, обусловленных особенностями транслитерации, – до двух букв);
• место работы автора (авторов) (без обозначения организационно-правовой формы юридического лица: ФГБУН, ФГБОУ ВО, ПАО, АО и т. п.);
• город, страна;
• адрес электронной почты.

Если авторов несколько, сведения о месте работы (учебы) и адреса электронной почты связывают с именами с помощью надстрочных цифровых обозначений ^1,2;

Необходимо указать, какой автор отвечает за переписку с редакцией. Автор, ответственный за переписку, и его электронный адрес обозначаются условным изображением конверта;

• Открытый идентификатор ученого (Open Researcher and Contributor ID – ORCID) (при наличии) для всех авторов статьи.

6. Аннотация (на рус. и англ. яз.). Объем аннотации – 100–200 слов. Аннотация представляет собой сжатое реферативное изложение содержания публикации, в котором следует отразить цель исследования, основные методы и результаты исследования. Текст аннотации должен следовать логике статьи. Аннотация должна быть самостоятельным источником информации.

7. Ключевые слова (на рус. и англ. яз.) – 4–7 слов или словосочетаний через запятую, которые должны соответствовать теме статьи и отражать ее предметную, терминологическую область. Не рекомендуется использовать словосочетания, содержащие причастные обороты. Ключевые слова являются инструментом поиска информации потенциальными читателями, поэтому список должен быть полным, но в то же время лаконичным и точным.

8. Благодарности (на рус. и англ. яз.). Организациям, научным руководителям и другим лицам, оказавшим помощь в подготовке статьи (по желанию автора). На английском языке: Acknowledgement: We thank (our colleagues) for…

9. Финансирование (на рус. и англ. яз.). Сведения о финансировании исследования, подготовки и публикации статьи (по необходимости).

На английском языке:

Financing: «This work is supported by the Russian Science Foundation under grant…»
Или: «The article has been prepared as part of federal state task…».

10. Текст статьи. Рекомендуемый объем статьи 30000–60000 знаков, включая списки литературы.

Статья может быть структурирована следующим образом:

• а) введение (формулировка исследовательской проблемы, обоснование ее актуальности);
• б) материалы и методы (раздел описывает кратко план исследования, его этапы, содержит обоснование выбора определенных методов исследования на каждом из этапов);
• в) результаты (раздел предназначен для систематизации собранного и проанализированного материала, содержит представленные в наиболее удобной для восприятия форме объективные результаты);
• г) обсуждение (раздел содержит интерпретацию авторских результатов и результатов других авторов по обозначенной проблеме);
• д) заключение (выводы на основе авторской позиции).

11. Список источников (на рус. яз.) и References (на англ. яз.) – не менее 10 и не более 20 затекстовых библиографических ссылок. В этот перечень включают записи только на ресурсы, которые упомянуты или цитируются в основном тексте статьи. Ссылки нумеруют и располагают в порядке цитирования источников в тексте статьи. Номер ссылки помещают в квадратные скобки. На русском языке список составляют по ГОСТ Р 7.0.5 Система стандартов по информации, библиотечному и издательскому делу. Библиографическая ссылка. Общие требования и правила составления (Приложение 2). На английском языке (References) – в соответствии со стилем перечня затекстовых библиографических ссылок Harvard (Приложение 3).

12. Сведения о вкладе каждого автора (для двух и более авторов), например: «Все авторы внесли эквивалентный вклад в подготовку публикации. The authors contributed equally to this article».

13. Заявление об отсутствии или наличии конфликта интересов (для двух и более авторов), например: «Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов. The authors declare no conflicts of interests».

14. Информация об авторах (на рус. и англ. яз.) :

• 1) Ф.И.О. (полностью), звание, степень, должность, место работы;
• 2) дополнительно можно указать международные идентификационные номера (помимо ORCID).

15. Информация для работы с редакцией:

• почтовый адрес для рассылки журнала;
• контактный телефон автора, отвечающего за переписку.

Роль интегрирующей функции в школьном учебнике при формировании целостного представления о научной картине мира

Аннотация. В статье анализируется роль интегрирующей функции в школьном учебнике, определяется актуальность создания школьного учебника нового поколения, необходимого для отражения научных достижений в естественнонаучных дисциплинах, о которых говорится в Федеральном государственном образовательном стандарте, докладе ЮНЕСКО и результатах исследования PISA. За основу исследования взята теория школьного учебника, разработанная отечественными учеными В.Г. Бейлинсон, Д.Д. Зуевым, В.В. Краевским, С.Г. Шаповаленко и др. На основе выдвинутых критериев для отбора учебников проводится сравнительное исследование актуальных российских и британских учебников по естественнонаучным предметам для выпускных классов основной общеобразовательной школы по выявлению путей реализации интегрирующей функции. Показано, что интегрирующая функция проявляется во взаимосвязи между внутренними компонентами учебника как внутриструктурная интеграция, во взаимосвязи учебника с другими предметными компонентами, выходящими за рамки учебника, как внутрипредметная интеграция и во взаимосвязи учебника с дополнительным материалом как интеграция между смежными предметами. В статье выделяются новые взаимосвязанные с учебником компоненты, полученные в ходе исследования, – модули и разделы учебника, линии учебников и экзаменационная программа по предмету. Обосновывается, что интегрирующая функция в школьном учебнике способствует формированию целостного представления о естественнонаучной картине мира, необходимой для развития естественнонаучной компетенции.

The role of school textbook integrating function in developing holistic view on scientific picture of the world

Abstract. The article analyzes a spectrum of school science textbooks and determines the need to create a modern textbook that shows the achievements in natural science disciplines, which are mentioned in the Federation State Educational Standard, UNESCO report and the results of the PISA. The study is primarily based on the theory of a school textbook developed by Russian scientists, V.G. Beilenson, D.D. Zuev, V.V. Kraevsky, S.G. Shapovalenko plus other authors. Based on the criteria put forward for the selection of textbooks, a comparative study of current Russian and British textbooks is carried out on natural science subjects for the final grades of secondary school to identify ways to implement the integrating function. It is shown that the integrating function manifests itself in the relationship between the internal components of the textbook as intra-structural integration, as intra-forms connecting school progress and the textbook with additional material as integration between related subjects. The article highlights principal components interrelated with the textbook, obtained during this research: modules and sections of the textbook; line of textbook series; and the national examination programme for the combined science subjects. It is shown that the integrating function in the school textbook contributes to the formation of a complete worldview of the natural science picture for the development of combined natural science competence.

Author Guidelines

1. General information

• 1.1. The journal “Man and Education” is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications recommended for publication of the main results of dissertation research for the degree of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences. The Journal publishes materials on the following specialties:
• 5.8.1. General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education;
• 5.8.7. Methodology and Technology of Professional Education;
• 5.3.4. Pedagogical Psychology, Psychodiagnostics of Digital Learning Environments.
• 1.2. The Journal publishes articles on a wide range of theoretical and practical problems in the field of general and professional education, continuing education, education policy, education management, quality of education and methods of its evaluation, legal support of education, history of education, problems of education, socialization and personal development.
• 1.3. Co-authored publications are allowed, but the number of co-authors cannot exceed four.
• 1.4. The submitted material must be original, not previously published in other publications. We recommend to use the service http://antiplagiat.ru/ before submitting an article to the editorial board. Articles containing borrowed and unquoted text will not be published (or will be returned to the author for revision).
• 1.5. It is not allowed to copy your own work verbatim or to paraphrase it; to use elements of another person's work without indicating authorship (tables, figures, formulas, etc.) without reference to the source. If some elements of the manuscript were previously published, the author must refer to the source.

2. Iinteraction between authors and editors

• 2.1. The author sends to the editorial office an article, prepared according to the technical requirements, and a review to the e-mail address journal20015@rambler.ru.
• 2.2. The editorial board selects the received materials and divides them into regular sections.
• 2.3. In the case of a positive decision, the author prepares documents (contracts and the act of work performed) [1], signs and sends them to the editorial office by e-mail.
• 2.4. The author or organization transfers the amount of money specified in the contract to the specified payment details. After transferring funds, the author sends a scanned receipt to the above email address.
• 2.5. Articles of full-time graduate students are published free of charge on the basis of a certificate issued by their place of study.

3. Peer-reviewing

3.1 All articles planned for publication in the journal “Man and Education” undergo the following stages of reviewing:

• 1) the editorial office of the Journal organizes an initial examination of the article according to the following criteria: subject, content and format of the submitted text. In case of non-compliance of the article with the requirements accepted in the Journal a corresponding notification is sent to the author;
• 2) after passing the stage of primary examination, the article is sent to the second stage of peer-review by an independent external expert. The peer-review procedure is double-blind i.e. anonymous both for the reviewer and the author;
• 3) after receiving expert reviews, the editorial office makes a decision about the publication of received materials in the forthcoming issue. Based on the results of the discussion, the article may be sent to the author for revision or rejected.

4. Material requirements and recommendations

The section is compiled on the basis of the System of Standards for Information, Librarianship and Publishing GOST R 7.0.7-2021 (https://allgosts.ru/01/120/gost_r_7.0.7-2021).

The publication should consist of the following mandatory elements (Appendix 1):

1. Publication type: scientific article, scientific review, concept, materials of scientific conferences, personalities, book review. The type of publication is indicated at the beginning of the article in a separate line on the left.

2. UDC (see: http://teacode.com/online/udc/).

3. DOI of the article (assigned by the Journal editorial office according to GOST Р ИСО 26324-2015 and placed after the UDC index in a separate line on the left).

4. Title of the article (in Russian and English) – no more than 12 words.

5. Information about the author or authors (in Russian and English):

• Name, patronymic (if any) and surname of the author(s). The name and surname of the author(s) are to be given in transliterated form in the Latin alphabet in full, the patronymic is to be reduced to one letter (in some cases, due to the peculiarities of transliteration, to two letters);
• the place of work of the author (authors) (without indicating the legal form of the legal entity);
• city, country;
• e-mail address.

If there is more than one author, the information about the place of work (study) and e-mail addresses should be associated with the names using superscript numerals ^1,2;

It is necessary to indicate which author is responsible for correspondence with the editorial board. The author responsible for the correspondence and his e-mail address are indicated by the icon of an envelope (^*);

• Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) (if available) for all authors of the article.

6. Abstract (in Russian and English). The volume of the abstract is 100-200 words. The abstract is a brief summary of the contents of the publication, which should reflect the purpose, main methods, and results of the research. The text of the abstract should follow the logical structure of the article. The abstract should be an independent source of information.

7. Keywords (in Russian and English) – 4–7 words or word combinations separated by commas, which should correspond to the topic of the article and reflect its subject and terminological area. It is not recommended to use word combinations containing participial constructions. Keywords are a tool for searching for information by potential readers, so the list should be complete, but at the same time concise and accurate.

8. Acknowledgements (in Russian and English) to the organizations, scientific supervisors and other persons who assisted in the preparation of the article (at will of the author).

9. Funding (in Russian and English). Information on funding of research, preparation and publication of the article (if necessary).

10. Text of the article. The recommended volume of the article is 30000-60000 characters, including references.

The article can be structured as follows:

• a) introduction (formulation of the research problem, the underlying rationale for its relevance);
• b) materials and methods (the section describes briefly the research plan, its stages, contains the rationale for the choice of certain research methods at each stage);
• c) results (the section is aimed to systematize the collected and analyzed material, contains objective results presented in the most convenient form for perception);
• d) discussion (the section contains an interpretation of the author's results and the results of other authors on the designated problem);
• e) conclusion (based on the author's position).

11. The list of references (in Russian and English) should be no less than 10 and no more than 20 bibliographic references behind the text. This list includes entries only for resources that are mentioned or cited in the main text of the article. References are numbered and placed in the order of citing sources in the text of the article. The reference number is placed in square brackets. The list should be composed according to GOST R 7.0.5 in Russian (Appendix 2) and according to the style of the list of textual bibliographic references Harvard (Appendix 3) in English.

12. Information about the contribution of each author (for two or more authors), e.g: “The authors contributed equally to this article”.

13. A statement of conflict of interest/no conflict of interest (for two or more authors), e.g: “The authors declare no conflicts of interests”.

14. Information about the authors (in Russian and English):

• 1) Full name, rank, degree, position, place of work;
• 2) International identification numbers (in addition to ORCID) can be additionally indicated.

15. Information for cooperation with the editorial office:

• mailing address for distribution of the journal;
• contact phone number of the author in charge of correspondence.
